Speak Malay Like a Local - Lesson 30 : Banana Fritters & Coconut Water

Short video about one the foods I'm most passionate about - banana fritters (or in Malay, pisang goreng)! It was towards the end of my Penang trip and my family and I thought it'd be nice to have a lazy day filled with a leisurely trip to a pisang goreng stall and then sitting around sipping ice cold coconut water.

Not that many new words to learn in this lesson, but I hope you will enjoy seeing all the normal, wonderful, everyday Malaysian things through the eyes of a common Malaysian girl!
