Tater Tot CASSEROLE (my way)

This tater tot casserole is a must try and easy to make. It's a one-skillet recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner. The layers of savory chili, cheese, and golden crispy tater tots make an amazing casserole!

INGREDIENTS
32 oz bag of frozen tater tots
1 lb lean ground beef
2 Tbsp light chili powder
1 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
8 oz cheddar cheese
8x12-inch baking dish
bake uncovered at 375°F for 40 minutes
