HOW TO: PERFECT WINGED EYELINER | DRUGSTORE HACK

Hey Everyone! Hope you all are well? As I mentioned in the video I LOVE eyeliner. Its definitely what I'm best known for and I'm always trying to show you ways of achieving that perfect winged liner look in a way thats as simple and easy to follow. I picked up this eyeliner recently from L'Oreal and I just thought the concept was genius. I was delighted when I got home and put it to the test that it wasn't just a gimmick either!
