In this video, I review Vanquish, a stylish, fast-paced third-person shooter developed by PlatinumGames and published by Sega. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, and it has since been remastered for the PlayStation 4 and PC.
In Vanquish, you play as Sam Gideon, a DARPA agent who is tasked with stopping a group of Russian terrorists from launching a nuclear attack on the United States. You'll use a variety of weapons and abilities to fight your way through hordes of enemies, and you'll need to use your wits and reflexes to survive.
The game features a unique "boost" mechanic that allows you to quickly move around the battlefield, and it also features a "slow-mo" mode that can be used to take out enemies with precision. Vanquish is a challenging game, but it's also a lot of fun. If you're a fan of third-person shooters, then you should definitely check out Vanquish.
