Hey Folks!!! In this video I share how I forgave my ex for being an absent father. I tried to condense it to make it a shorter video. I had so much more to say about forgiving someone who hurt you. Forgiveness is necessary. Especially when you are trying to be the best you can be in single motherhood. Single moms have enough to deal with and carrying around the baggage of not forgiving someone is a waste of precious time!

I just thought it would be a good reminder that mommy self care also includes your heart and spirit!
