Pre-Cast Concrete Pavement System

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation looks at innovative methods of road construction.  During the early summer of 2013, a pilot project took place on Interstate 94 in Hudson, Wisconsin to gauge success of a new innovative process:  pre-cast concrete pavement system.
