How to connect two Generac Transfer switches to single generator

Connecting two 200A Generac transfer switches to one generator is pretty straightforward.  The generator power is connected in parallel to both switches and while 6 control wires connect one transfer switch to the generator, the other transfer switch only needs 3 wires.  Generator only needs one pair of wires (N1 and N2) to sense the utility power and that can come from either transfer switch.   Same applies to the T1 connection for the battery charger.  That can come from either transfer switch.  Each transfer switch needs 12VDC (connection 194) to operate the transfer controls, transfer control signal wire (23).  I also bring common ground (0) to the generator terminal block.
