RBI New Guidlines For Debit Card and Credit Card New Rules From 1 October 2020. As per RBI Mandate  Domestic  and International usage of debit card and credit card limits can be set and new users will have to enable International usage from debit card or credit card.According to RBI's new guidlines for debit card every banks will give following facilites

According to new rules for debit and credit card Existing users unused services will be disabled by bank like International usage / domestic contactless usage of credit card or debit card /online ecommerce transactions etc.

New Credit and debit card rules will give users facility  of enabled and disabled any service like ATM or POS Usage or online transaction and users can set limit to every transaction to prevent any fraud.

RBI new rules for debit card and credit card is to make digital payment more secure and safe.
