Challenge yourself with this Cardio and Strength Workout. You can do this one at home with some water bottles or some light dumbbells, it‘s up to you. I’m using 2 x 2kg for your reference. Don't use too much weight during the jumping exercises. Are you ready to shred? Let‘s do it!
