Ingredients

Flour - 200 g
Baking powder - 4 g
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil - 60 g
Hot water - 80 g

Filling
Canned cherries without seeds - 200 g

Decor
Powdered sugar with vanilla

Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder, mix.
2. Add vegetable oil, tasteless and odorless, hot, about 70-80 ° C, water, immediately stir vigorously with a spatula, as soon as the mixture cools slightly, continue kneading with your hands. The dough is smooth and non-sticky.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4. Form a tourniquet and divide it into three equal parts, each rounded.
5. Roll out a circle with a diameter of 25 cm from one part, if necessary dust the surface with flour. The thinner the dough, the softer the bagels.
6. Divide into 12 segments. Put the filling on the wide part, I have canned pitted cherries.
7. Form bagels and place on baking paper so that the narrow part of the dough is at the base of the piece.
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C on a medium level without convention for 12-17 minutes until golden brown.
9. Cool the workpieces slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar, add vanilla if desired.
