GULAB JAMUN TRIFFLE🧆 is todays festive season special dessert recipe🤗
It is a favorite Indian sweet for many folks. In parties, weddings and even in Indian thalis, gulab jamun happens to be one of the desserts served after the meals. These soft sugar syrup soaked balls are a treat always. Gulab Jamun Trifle is a rich, delicious, cold dessert prepared with layers of custard and gulab jamun. This is best party dessert to prepare if you have lot of gulab jamuns. This Festival season, instead of serving the usual gulab jamuns, you can make this trifle and impress your friends and family.
Ingredients:-
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
Gulab jamun Dough
Milk powder- 1.5 cup
Clarified butter/Ghee- 4 TBSP
Baking powder- 1 TSP
Plane flour/Maida- 1/2 Cup
Milk- 1/3 cup
Oil/Ghee for frying
Gulab jamun Syrup
water- 2 cup
Sugar- 3 cup
cardamom powder - 2 tsp
