Hi ladies, this video will teach you some easy breech baby turning exercises to help get your baby head down ready for birth. You will learn 5 harmless techniques that you can try at home to turn your breech baby head down and ready for a vaginal delivery. These exercises can also be used to encourage your baby to get head down during the 3rd trimester so they are NOT JUST for mums with breech babies.
