CHICKEN CHEESE PUFF PATTIE . This easy snack is , everyone’s favourite. You can make this in no time to have it as a meal with some mashed potatoes or as a snack at tea time. The combination of chicken, cheese, onions in flaky puff pastry is really wonderful. You can make a filling ahead of time , then assemble just before you eat or serve. Instagram post; www.instagram.com/p/CDl8qB-ltu4/ Boneless chicken: 250g Milk: 30 ml Flour: 1 tbsps Paprika powder: 1/2 tsp Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp Corriander powder: 1/2 tsp Black pepper: 1/2 tsp . Ketchup: 1 tbsp Soya sauce: 1 tbsp Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp Oil: 1 tbsp Onion: 1 small chopped Ready made puff pastry sheet Cheese to taste . . Note: when baking don’t open the oven door other it will deflate. You can freeze these after egg wash. Then bake straight away by placing in baking tray. Only 10 minutes increase in baking time like 30/35 minutes .. Grease the baking tray while baking otherwise stick on bottom or use parchment paper before placing puff pastry. . . . . .
