The current paradigm of Lambda-CDM Cosmology is currently being challenged by recent HST and JWST observations. What's the current paradigm?  How does a new paper by Dr. Gupta of Univ. of Ottawa propose to fix it with tired light and changing cosmic constants?

I'm doing a preview video here to discuss more about this paper. I'll follow up with a much longer video detailing this new concept and potential big change to the way we view our Cosmos.
