From cabbage kimchi and leftover seasoning to cabbage pancakes...

Super simple kimchi mixing with pickled cabbage and seasoned dumplings to match the winter kimchi season!!

1. Cut the whole cabbage into pieces with a knife and pickle it in salt water for about 6 hours.

2. Make a paste with rice powder and water and stir until it boils.

3. Chop the radish, onion, and chives and place them in a large bowl. Add the pear, onion, red pepper, raw shrimp, and salted shrimp and blend in a blender.

4. In a large bowl, add radish greens, seasoning blended in a blender, red pepper powder, glutinous rice paste, anchovy fish sauce, plum syrup, and minced garlic.

5. Apply seasoning starting from the back of the drained cabbage and place it in a kimchi container.

You can eat it with kimchi fried rice, kimchi pancakes, kimchi stew, or ramen^^

If it is aged well, you can eat it with fried rice with pork belly and grilled kimchi.
