Cardiac EKG/ECG (electrocardiogram) rhythms, waves, and interpretation made easy with this step-by-step video! Great for nursing and cardiology!
Master EKG interpretation and rhythms by understanding the PQRST waves with this basic explanation. A step-by-step approach using the conduction system of the heart.
P waves reflect atrial depolarization and contraction, the QRS complex represents ventricular depolarization and contraction, and the T wave reflects ventricular repolarization.
Cardiac action potentials of the heart are generated by the SA node and travel to the AV node. The PR interval is reflected by the AV node. The action potential then travels through the bundle of His, right and left bundle branches, and Purkinje fibers.
