Interrupted Sleep? Having trouble getting back to sleep when you wake up at night? Try this quick sleep hypnosis exercise.
This guided relaxation utilising hypnosis relaxation is ideal to help you get back to sleep.  Utilising soft spoken, calming hypnotic suggestions and relaxing concepts, this video is a useful get back to sleep exercise that can be used over and over.
It is important not to be doing anything other than going to sleep while playing this short session which runs for about 6.5 minutes.
