Mi Kho Dried Noodles Ingredients:

6-7 cups water for cooking the noodles
Half of a bag of dried noodles (8 oz.)
4 cups of water for cooking seafood
2-3 cups seafood of choice (I used pre-packaged
sliced squids and shrimps)
Optional: Barbecued pork for topping
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons fried onion flakes
1/4 to 1/3 cup cooking oil

For Sauce:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar (I used rice vinegar)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 &1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water or chicken broth

For Garnish:
Sliced Chinese chives, green onions, parsley and fried onion flakes
