Cardio HIIT - 15 mins (45 secs Work/ 15 secs Rest)
15:49 CIRCUIT 2
Strength & Tone - 12 mins (50 secs Work/ 10 secs Rest)
28:10 FINISHER 1
1 MIN - 3 Exercises (20 secs each)
29:40 FINISHER 2
1 MIN - 3 Exercises (20 secs each)
31:10 Cool Down & Stretch
