AD|This is probably one of
AD|This is probably one of the most accessible accommodation's I've ever stayed in. This is Flora & Fauna, two fully wheelchair accessible safari tents, nestled right on the edge of the beautiful Exmoor national park in Skilgate and booked via @canopyandstars. We were staying in Flora.
Just some of the accessibility features:
Beautiful high end wet room, that can be customised with grab rails and shower bench configurations to suite you.
Fully accessible Kitchen with rise and fall cooker and sink bench.
DDA high light switches and sockets
Sliding doors throughout
Motion beds
Electric blanks on the beds
Hot water bottles
Sunken hot tub for transferring
It was such a wonderful experience staying here, I could really relax and enjoy myself and not worry about accessibility, it felt like a home away from home, and we didn't want to leave.
I found the tent to be very spacious and easy to navigate around. Whats really nice is you could accommodate more than one wheelchair user. I feel four manual wheelchair users could stay in one tent very comfortably. So whose with me? ;)

👨👩👧I live in the UK with Shaun, my Australian husband, Daisy my Daughter. And our fur babies Tink & Bindi. All of whom make an appearance now and again.
