💥 These delicious granola bars
💥 These delicious granola bars give us energy and health! They are made as follows:
▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
📝 65g hazelnuts
📝 36g cashew nuts
📝 37g Brazil nuts
📝 50g pecan nuts
📝 72g grains/nut mix (consisting of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds (all sprouted and then dried again), peanuts and other types of nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc.)
📝 50g grated coconut
📝 50g flaky almonds
📝 65g organic virgin coconut oil
📝 125g organic peanut butter (100% and without additives)
📝 85 g xylitol
📝 1 pinch of stevia
📝 1 packet of vanilla extract
📝 1/4 tsp freshly ground cinnamon
📝 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
First roughly chop the nuts. Then briefly melt the coconut oil and peanut butter on the stove or heater. Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper and smooth out.
Add the melted chocolate either right away or later, after the granola bars have cooled, for those who would like a chocolate layer on top of the granola bars.

If you want to keep the muesli bars completely vegan, simply replace the butter in the chocolate with a little more coconut oil.
Then let the mold cool in the fridge for a few hours until the mass is firm. Then cut into squares with a knife and enjoy. Store in the fridge so they always retain their firmness and don't go soft.
