1. Classic Beef Chili
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.
Add the black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
Stir to combine.

1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and cook until softened and lightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
Add garlic and jalapeños, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
