Learn how to replace the thermostat, housing, and upper radiator hose on your Ford 7.3 Powerstroke truck. I recently had a coolant leak on my Ford F250 Powerstroke truck, right at the thermostat housing. The OEM thermostat housing on the 7.3 diesel engine is known to corrode and leak. I replaced the OEM part with an aftermarket billet aluminum piece that should last much longer. Plus, I installed an upgraded radiator hose that will make future accessory belt changes much easier!
