Here is the detailed recipe:
For 4 people
TOTAL TIME: 20 min
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking: 10 min
Ingredients:
4 Veal cutlets
2 tbsp White wine
2 tbsp Sage
1 tbsp Olive oil
20 g Butter
Salt
Pepper
Step 1: In a pan, heat the olive oil and butter. Brown the veal cutlets.
Step 2: Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
Step 3: Discard the cooking fat. Pour the wine and 2 tbsp of water into the pan. Sprinkle with sage. Bring to a boil, deglazing the pan by scraping up the browned bits.
Step 4: Pour the sauce over the veal cutlets and serve immediately.
