As a rule, I can't stand spiced rum, but since you all asked I drank a bunch of it to find the best one- I did and it's fantastic! Plus I show you how to make your own spiced rum!

Martin Cate's Spiced Rum Recipe:
~ 2x 750ml Bottles of Rum (I used Angostura 7 Year)
Add Seeds of 1 vanilla bean
Peel of 1 orange
6 All Spice Berries
Large cinnamon stick
6 cloves
1/4 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
10 black peppercorns
2 slices of fresh ginger
Sweeten if you like
Let sit for 2-3 days
