Today's baking is a Triple
Today's baking is a Triple Chocolate Cream Cheese Cookie baked with three types of chocolate in the second part of the last cream cheese cookie.
This cookie is also my favorite recipe. I hope that you make it.
Triple Chocolate Cream cheese Cookie (10 cookies)
Ingredient
125g Unsalted butter
100g Brown sugar
75g White sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla extract
245g All-purpose flour
40g Cocoa powder
3g Baking Powder
2g Baking soda
1g Salt
70g White chocolate chip
70g Dark chocolate chip
70g Milk chocolate
50g Cranberry
260g Cream cheese
45g Powdered sugar
Preparation
1. Put a wrap on the vat for cream cheese filling.
2. Place unsalted butter, egg and cream cheese at room temperature so it is not cold.
3. Measure the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
