This beef and cheese Dorito appetizer is always a hit at my home!! I love making quick appetizers for large crowds but this one is so easy and fast to make you will be able to watch the game with the guests!! What a great appetizer for  half-time football games, Summer gatherings or even birthday party appetizer.. Simple ingredients you may already have at home. Easy appetizer to put together in no time. Layering Doritos, Beef, Ro-tel tomatoes, Frito jalapeño cheese and shredded cheese. Topped with sour cream... You could even add jalapeños, shredded lettuce, black beans, olives, guacamole, and pico de gallo!
