I would say that there are disadvantages regarding the beaches. Yes, the beaches here are stone and people can sunbathe. Sandy beaches are only in Ada Bojana and Lustica. In other places stones. That's what nature did. Previously, it was a lake, as for the Bay of Kotor. Due to the high seismic activity, stones often fall into the water. Therefore, you need to be careful not to jump into the water. There is also a nuance, in some places near the coast it is very shallow, but then there will be a sharp cliff several meters deep.
