Just a little over a decade ago, the American skies were filled with many airlines that have faded away as of today. As a kid, I took many flights on Northwest Airlines, AirTran, U.S. Airways, and some on ATA and Continental. I always wondered what kind of planes I was flying on as a young avgeek, and today, I am excited to share that I now know a few of them!
Thanks to coming across some old itineraries from trips my family and I took years ago, I was able to look up all of the domestic flights and see what aircraft I flew back when Northwest and other long-gone airlines were in operation. In this video, I show how I did it and how you can do it as well!
