Managing a Large and Complex GCP Migration (Cloud Next '19)

We'll talk about the big AWS-to-GCP migration that Unity did in 2018. Google PSO assisted with the migration end to end and were able to successfully migrate Unity over in six months. In involved seven different workstreams in five different countries with lots of dependencies among each other.
