I have designed a simple DC power supply without transformer 5 volt, 9 volt, 12 volt 15 volt.
Circuit is simple, Voltage dropping capacitor of 225j is connected in a series with Phase line of AC,
this is a non-polarised capacitor so it can be connected from any side.
A 1M ohm resistor is connected in parallel along with the Capacitor, to discharge the stored current from the capacitor when circuit is switched off,
thus we can prevent from electric shock. This resistance is called Bleeder resistance.
Also you can use this circuit as a driver of LED light, you can use to charge a battery, you can use this as a power supplier to another projects where power supply needs to provide.

1 * 1000uF/25v Capacitor
1 * 2 Watt Zener Diode 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V
1 * 100 Ohm 2 Watt Resistor
1 * 1 Mega Ohm Resistor
1 * 330 Ohm Resistor
1 * Green Led
