Had heard a lot about the buffet at global fusion to be one of the best in the city. Finally gave it a shot for lunch on a Friday. Firstly, the interiors left us stunned. Beautifully lit and no less than a fine dining restaurant. They have a huge space and also have 2 private areas available.

We were surprised by the very smart concept they have for their appetisers. Every dish is made to order! Yes, you heard it right, your appetisers are prepared fresh at a buffet. They also have a cart which goes around serving freshly steamed dumplings which are just genius. We were already in love with this place. Also, the wait staff was extremely humble and very welcoming.
