The B1/B2 visa is one of the most popular visas for foreigners visiting the U.S. for tourism or business reasons such as incorporating a company, buying real estate, or to attend a seminar. But what happens if you need to extend your stay without leaving the country? In this video, Joseph explains the process for extending your B1/B2 visitor visa in the U.S. and valid reasons for the extensions. He also reviews common pitfalls to avoid so that you don’t accidentally violate or overstay your B1/B2 visa. Let’s get to it!
