Modular Home HVAC Upgrade Question… From Electric Furnace to Heat Pump. Is it worth it?

From heater elements to heat pump condenser? Is that the best method?

My home came with the original Coleman manufactured housing system down flow electric furnace 1984. My question is… is it worth the upgrade to a heat pump?

I don’t have natural gas available but do have propane.
