Interviews commemorating the 10th anniversary
Interviews commemorating the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and the work that Project Homecoming has done in and around New Orleans.
Project Homecoming is a ministry of the South Louisiana Presbytery that was supported for much of its life by the national Presbyterian Disaster Assistance.
Over 11,000 volunteers have donated a week of their time with Project Homecoming over the last 10 years to help reconstruct the homes of those displaced by the storm in New Orleans.
Project Homecoming is now building new homes and preparing homes for affordable rental, which is the second part of these interviews, "Looking Forward."
