Cold wave continued to grip
Cold wave continued to grip the national capital on January 23. A thin layer of fog gripped Delhi amidst the cold wave. According to IMD, the minimum temperature in Delhi would be 7°C and the maximum would be 18°C on January 23. Several flights were also delayed due to fog and low visibility.
