Today on The Transplant Helper We’re gonna be talking about my biggest regret by far and that is that I began the sleep aid Ambien 11 years ago since that time my life has been torture at night, sleepless nights when I get up and do things that are crazy where I have no idea what I’ve even done the next morning. Things have just been horrible. I can honestly say I have never abused this drug, but I am addicted so for that cause I wanna share this story with you today in the hopes of preventing you from ever making the same mistake and having the same huge regret
