Google Pay How to download ALL your Transactions and Activity

I swapped over to a new phone a few months back and with that came a new NFC chip and the abilitry to use Google Pay Contactless Payments. In the Google Pay App you can ONLY see your last 20 In Store Transactions, so I was curious how much I was using the phone and Google Pay.

Fast and easy solution came on using takeout.google.com to download ALL my transactions and you can do the same. In this example, I am using Android and Windows 10.
