Ингредиенты:  
Баклажаны - 2, 3 шт.
Морковь - 1 шт.
Лук - 1шт.
Помидор - 1 шт.
Чеснок - пару зубчиков.
Растительное масло.
Соль - щепотка.

Eggplant - 2, 3 PCs.
Carrots - 1 PC.
Onion - 1 piece.
Tomato - 1 PC.
Garlic - a couple of cloves.
Vegetable oil.
Salt - pinch.

Today I offer a simple recipe for eggplant snacks for any occasion.

Cooking:
Chop the onion and fry. Grate the carrots on a large grater, then send them to the onion. Here we add a finely chopped tomato and pass a couple of cloves of garlic through the press. Simmer under a closed lid until the carrots are soft.

Cut eggplant rings and fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Ready eggplant spread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Then transfer to a serving dish. Top distribute the roast.
