Butter Cake By Chef Nun Ingredients: Cake Flour 200 grams. Milk Powder 50 grams. Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Eggs 3 (no.1) (room temperature) Milk 150 ml. (room temperature) Salted Butter 200 grams. (Softened) Sugar 100 grams. Icing Sugar 120 grams. SP 10 grams. Directions: 1. Preheat oven 150°C. 2. Sift cake flour, milk powder, baking powder, salt together, set aside. 3. Mix milk and eggs together, set aside. 4. In mixing bowl add butter, sugar beat until combined then add sifted icing sugar beat until well combined, scraping the mixing bow regularly. Beat until light and fluffy. 5. Add in SP beat for 1 minute on medium speed. 6. Gently add liquid mixed in, while mixing. Gently add until finished and well combined. 7. Add dry ingredients divided into 3 parts, gently add in a part at a time. Mixed until smooth and well combined . 8. Continue mixing on medium speed for 1 minute, add lower speed for 1 more minute to remove air bubbles. 9. Pour cake batter in lined baking tray about 500 grams. 10. In large tray lined with paper towel and pour in water, then place the baking tray . 11. Bake for 70 minutes.
