1. 2 Cups boiled rice(Fresh or left over)
2. 3 eggs
3. 1 pinch of salt
4. 1 pinch of black pepper
5. 3 tbsp oil
6. 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic
7. 2-3 stalks of spring onion
8. 2 medium size carrots
9. 1 cup boiled peas
10. 2 medium size capsicum
11. 1 cup cabbage
12. 1 tsp black pepper
13. 2 tbsp soy sauce
14. 1 tsp vinegar
15. 1 tsp chicken powder (if you like you may add Chinese salt)
