UPDATE: I realized the exact date of the tape is September 5, 2004, from the Time Warner Cable guide shown in part of the tape, confirming the tape is indeed from September 2004.
This is a SUPER RARE tape I got off eBay. My friend Brandon Hirsch found it for me on eBay last week, sent me the link, and I immediately bought it, and I received it today (September 23, 2021). It has an airing of Back To School With Franklin (Actual special cut for copyright, obviously) dated from around September 2004 (As determined by a promo for Oobi Season 2), and has a few SUPER RARE promos, such as the actual Noggin bumpers for Back to School With Franklin, a Dora The Explorer Star Catching promo with Moose A Moose in it, and the aforementioned Oobi Season 2 promo. I'm so excited I finally got a new Noggin tape for my collection, and I hope you enjoy it!
