There is one kitchen tool you should not be without!! I don't get paid for this, it is just my favorite tool for tough meats and I wanted to share it with you. It is the Jaccard Meat Tenderizer and it is AWESOME. Watch how tender it makes my NY Strip Steak that I grilled on my charcoal grill. You can take any tough meat and with this tenderizer tool, make that cut of meat so tender you can almost cut it with a butter knife.
