Baking bread without kneading with the 5 minute method is so easy that anyone can do it! The recipe and the ingredients are more than clear and are limited to the essentials. Baking this bread is particularly suitable for beginners, as no previous knowledge is required. The annoying kneading of the bread dough is no longer necessary and even a food processor is not necessary.

Recipe for baking bread without kneading:

1-2 types of flour of your choice
E.g. 700 g wheat flour type 405 (or spelled flour type 1050)
100 g wholemeal rye flour (or whatever)
Just try around a little with the types of flour. You will find / taste your favorite!

1 bag of dry yeast (alternatively ½ cube of fresh yeast)
1 teaspoon salt
600ml hot water (38-40 °)
A bowl / pot / whatever / with a content of approx. 4-5 liters and a lid (not airtight!)

Optional: grains of your choice to sprinkle
This dough can also be used for pizza or as a roll, as pretzel sticks (then baking soda is missing;) or or or

For bread, put it in the oven at 250 ° (top and bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes. Depending on how dark you want it to be and all of this without the hassle of kneading, just a delicious bread.
