A Narfalicious ‘Pinky and the Brain’ Review

From 1995 to 1999, “Pinky AND the Brain” threatened the livelihoods of ampersands worldwide. A spin-off of Animaniacs, this little mice duo won the hearts of millions of viewers with their sharp wit, incisive commentary on human nature, educational rhetoric, and pop culture gibberish. I’m framing this as though there was more to the show than a stellar comedy duo. Everyone remembers Brain and Pinky’s banter, but there was more to the writing than that. There were also meaningless catchphrases!
