How to Submit a Ticket/Report a Glitch to Rockstar Support (Missing Outfits Follow-Up Video)

Today i will be showing you how to submit a ticket to Rockstar Games about matters such as reporting a glitch or missing in-games items.

Reason I am making this is to follow up on my mission outfits video
and try to figure out if the missing outfits are a server glitch or intentionally done by Rockstar.
