Installing Windows 98 In VMware without Serial Key 1 of 2.

This video is using drivers that require additional downloads and the vmci drivers shown in this video were found in a pre-installed Windows XP in the VMWare tools folder.

Alternatively you can download all the drivers that I put together in one go, however it will not be updated. This drivers is for Windows 98 SE edition only. Also it contains that Windows registration file:

If you do not want the hassle to download and install all the drivers (except the sound drivers) shown in this video, you can view my other videos on how to remove/disable hardware in VMware. The steps for installing Windows 98 are interchangeable.
You should be able to use random letters and numbers, but I find that you can get invalid CD Key error sometimes, and I used all Es to avoid the error.
No more searching for lost CD Keys.
