Recipe and ingredients:
600 g wheat flour.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
8 g dry yeast.
350 ml warm water.
1 egg + 1 white.
Add 20 ml of vegetable oil.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a lid and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons milk.
Brush the buns with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
