In this video, I explain and practice how to carry out the Kruskal Wallis SPSS test or an alternative to the one-way ANOVA test using SPSS Version 26 (IBM SPSS 26). Apart from practicing the Kruskal Wallis test method with SPSS or the Kruskal Wallis test tutorial with SPSS, there is also an interpretation of the SPSS output from the SPSS Kruskal Wallis statistical test as well as the basic concepts of the SPSS Kruskal Wallis difference test.
The Kruskal Wallis test can also be called a 3-group difference test and is included in non-parametric statistics, where the assumption of normality of data is not met. If the data normality assumption is met, you can use the ANOVA test. The data scale used in the Kruskal-Wallis test is ordinal data, you can also use interval or ratio data provided that the assumption of normality does not pass.
