Based on early estimates and preliminary data, Emergency Management officials in Annapolis said the recent flooding event was the 9th worst in City history.
Officials said the water was about four feet above average. Water flooded Dock Street and some of the surrounding areas Friday. People could be seen wading through the water, while others rode boats and kayaks.
